Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable $75 down payment is due at the time of registration. An invoice request will be sent to you for the remaining cost of the retreat ( Program Fee + Lodging & Meal Package - $75 Deposit = Invoice Balance). The remainder of your payment is due no later than 30 days from registration or on Friday, October 31 (whichever comes first). Check your email for registration confirmation and the invoice request. If you need to change your accommodations or housing preferences before the start of the retreat please reach out to us via phone or email. ​ ​If it is necessary to cancel a registration for a retreat, please provide as much advance notice as possible so we can offer the available space to another retreatant. Registration fees cannot be transferred to another retreat. Refund Amounts 30 plus days before October 31st, 2025 - Refund of the total retreat cost minus a $75 administrative fee 29 to 14 days prior to October 31st, 2025 - 50% of the total retreat cost will be refunded Less than 14 days prior to the start of the retreat - None of the retreat cost will be refunded No refund will be given if a retreatant leaves early or arrives late. Out of consideration for others on the waiting list, please make a commitment to attend the entire retreat.
