3:00 PM - Arrivals begin. Check in at the office in the main building to receive your map, housing confirmation, program journal, and itinerary.

You are welcome to take advantage of the grounds to walk the trails, journal, create art, rest, read, meditate, tarot, etc.

Supper is not provided. Please leave the grounds by 5pm.

Program Fees are on a sliding scale based on annual income. We encourage you to be honest with your fee choice to ensure accessibility for all.

We are able to accommodate most dietary needs. During the registration process you will have the opportunity to inform us of specific dietary requests. If your needs are great and you would like to supplement with your own food, storage and preparation areas are available.
Cabins are heated & air conditioned and have electricity. Linens, towels and handmade soaps are provided. Bathrooms with showers are a one-minute walk from the cabins. Check out the cabins HERE.

Payment & Cancelation Policy
A non-refundable $75 down payment is due at the time of registration. The remainder of your payment is due no later than 30 days from registration or on Friday, October 31 (whichever comes first). Check your email for registration confirmation and the invoice request. If you need to change your accommodations or housing preferences before the start of the retreat please reach out to us via phone or email.
If it is necessary to cancel a registration for a retreat, please provide as much advance notice as possible so we can offer the available space to another retreatant. Registration fees cannot be transferred to another retreat.
Refund Amounts

30 plus days before October 31st, 2025 - Refund of the total retreat cost minus a $75 administrative fee

29 to 14 days prior to October 31st, 2025 - 50% of the total retreat cost will be refunded

Less than 14 days prior to the start of the retreat - None of the retreat cost will be refunded
No refund will be given if a retreatant leaves early or arrives late.
Out of consideration for others on the waiting list, please make a commitment to attend the entire retreat.

Golden Light Healing Retreat Center is a beautiful, tranquil setting for connecting with nature and healing your soul. Since its inception in 2004, they have welcomed people from all over the United States and Canada. In 2017, the 3000 square ft. Retreat Center and cabin expansion was completed.
