Fees are on a sliding scale. Refer to the Sliding Scale section of the website to determine which option is appropriate for you. We encourage you to be honest with your fee choice to ensure accessibility for all.

We are able to accommodate most dietary needs. If your needs are great and you would like to supplement with your own food, storage and preparation areas are available.

A non-refundable $75 down payment is due at the time of registration. We will invoice you for the remaining balance. Check your email for registration confirmation and invoice request. The remainder of your payment is due no later than 30 days from registration if paying in full. If making payments, your balance is due no later than 1/15/27. If you need to change your accommodations or housing preferences before the start of the retreat please reach out to us.

Cancellation Policy

This event requires 6 participants to run. If the minimum required is not met by January 15, 2027, you will be notified and refunded for the full cost of the retreat. Your $75 deposit can either be applied to a future offering or refunded.

If it is necessary to cancel a registration for a retreat, please provide as much advance notice as possible so we can offer the available space to another participant. Registration fees cannot be transferred to another retreat. The $75 deposit upon registration is non-refundable and is not included in the refund amounts listed below.

Refund Amounts 

  • Prior to January 1st, 2027 - Refund of the total retreat cost

  • January 1st to January 15th, 2027 - Refund of 50% of the total retreat cost

  • After January 15th, 2027 - None of the retreat cost will be refunded

No refund will be given if a participant leaves early or arrives late.

Out of consideration for others on the waiting list, please make a commitment to attend the entire retreat.
