Rest Retreat
Registration
May 2026

Fill out the registration form below and make a down payment of $75 to secure your spot. We will send you an invoice via email for the remaining cost of the retreat. If you submit the registration form and have troubles with the payment processing system, your retreat deposit will be added to your invoice amount. You must pay the $75 deposit within 48 hours of registration to secure your spot.

Program Fees are on a sliding scale. Refer to the Sliding Scale section of the website to determine which option is appropriate for you. We encourage you to be honest with your fee choice to ensure accessibility for all.

Includes:

• 2 Night Lodging: Friday, Saturday

• 2 Dinners: Friday, Saturday

• 2 Lunches: Saturday, Sunday

• 2 Breakfasts: Saturday, Sunday

Total Retreat Cost = Program Fee + Lodging & Meal Package.

An invoice will be sent to you via email after registration to collect the remaining balance minus the $75 deposit. If you submit the registration form and have troubles with the payment processing system your retreat deposit will be added to your invoice amount. Deposit is due within 48 hours of registration to secure your spot.

If you wish to share a cabin and do not have a preference for a roommate we will pair you with another retreatant. If requested, we can put roommates in contact before the retreat.

We are able to accommodate most dietary needs. If your needs are great and you would like to supplement with your own food, storage and preparation areas are available.

If camping, do you intend to tent camp or bring an RV/Camper?
Do you want access to electrical hookup for your RV/Camper?

Let us know if you are in need of any camping supplies and we can help find them for you. If you have extra camping gear you are willing to share let us know and we can help ensure everyone has a cozy camping experience.

$75

A non-refundable $75 down payment is due at the time of registration. We will invoice you for the remaining balance. Check your email for registration confirmation and invoice request. The remainder of your payment is due no later than 30 days from registration if paying in full. If making payments, your balance is due no later than 4/15/26. If you need to change your accommodations or housing preferences before the start of the retreat please reach out to us.
