Restorative
Prepare yourself for deep relaxation and rest. Restorative encourages physical and emotional relaxation through a series of supported poses. Each class will consist of 4-6 poses held for 7-20 minutes. During each pose the body is greatly supported with bolsters (yoga pillows), blocks, blankets, straps and other tools that allow you to release and focus on your breath. The supportive poses held for a longer length of time allow you to breathe into your body and encourage the flow of blood and healing energy to joints, connective tissue, and muscles that don't always get your full attention. Restorative helps to regulate your nervous system and stress response.
*For maximum comfort wear loose fitting and layered clothing. Bring bath towels, blankets and any extra props you feel will help you relax
Vinyasa Flow
Improve blood flow and get your heart pumping with Vinyasa yoga. This class is faster paced than a traditional Hatha class. During the session we will move with the breath, flowing through asanas to build heat and endurance, ending with meditation. The focus on breath to movement aids in connecting you to your body. After the flow, your mind will be prepared for meditation. You’ll leave this class a little bit sweaty and energized, ready to start your day.
Slow Flow
Slow Flow takes the foundations of a Vinyasa class and turns down the dial. You will take more time with each pose, breathing within each posture for 3-5 breaths. This class is great for beginners or those looking to spend more time with their breath and explore the internal sensations of their body.

Hatha Flow
Hatha yoga is a balance between the sun and the moon. This flow class aims for balance between the mind, body and breath. You will move through traditional yoga poses at a slower pace and develop a strong relationship with your breath. Hatha is great for beginners and yogi’s in all stages of life.
Slow Roll
This class combines yin, myofascial release (MFR), and other movement practices. We will move through a series of poses that incorporate MFR techniques and active stretches to free up some stagnancy and create new space within your body. You’ll leave your mat with increased mobility and mental clarity.
MFR is a combination of release and active stretching techniques that manipulate the muscles and fascia. Practicing MFR helps to re-establish neural and myofascial glide, restore elastic muscular potential, and increase blood and lymphatic circulation. This class is great for anyone who wants to spend some time nourishing specific parts of their body and increase mobility. All levels and abilities are welcome.
