Namaste! My journey towards wellness began in my 20s, where I radically embraced the synergy of yoga, meditation, and the therapeutic essence of nature. Through these practices, I discovered profound connections, not just with my body, but with my mind and spirit as well. Today, my passion is on sharing the transformative power of yoga and mindfulness, guiding others towards holistic well-being.

Angie enjoys teaching Vinyasa Flow, Meditation, and Restorative classes.  Her favorite style is  Restorative as it provides a relaxing, meditative environment that allows one to nourish their nervous system and prioritize rest. Her goal during all classes is to help her students connect their minds to their bodies and appreciate all that their bodies allow them to do. She believes that yoga is for everybody and aims to provide poses and modifications that are accessible to all. When she is not practicing yoga she loves to read, cuddle her cats, and snowboard
